HOW TO SPA @ East Meets West:
APPOINTMENTS: To reserve an appointment you may call our spa at 479.442.9555 (local) or 877.493.6977 (toll-free). You may email
tony@emwspasalon.com to reserve appointments. Please provide first and last name, desired time of appointment and date. A major credit card is required to hold your spa reservation. We accept walk-ins, but highly suggest making an appointment in advance to ensure you receive the service when your schedule best fits. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Any series of (4 or more of the same services) booked at one time receives a 15% discount on each service.
HOURS OF OPERATION: Mon-Fri 9am-7pm CST; Sat 9am-5pm CST; Sun CLOSED
CANCELLATIONS: We understand how life can throw unexpected “curve balls”! If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, we require a 24 hour notice for individual appointments and a 48 hour notice for any group of (5) or more. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will result in your credit card/gift card billed 100% for the amount of the service schedule.
CHECK-IN: For maximum lounge enjoyment please arrive at least (15 min) prior to the start time of your service. During this time you will be on-boarded to change into our spa resort robe/slipper and for first-time guests complete our client information form. This form allows us to service your needs/concerns. Note: EMWSS Members are allowed to utilize the Japanese hydra-therapy tub or the infared sauna before/after services. We recommend you reserve these spaces in advance.
REFUNDS: It is our pleasure to exchange unopened/unused products within (30 days) of purchase with a receipt only. We do not accept/exchange opened/used products. Any special orders or monogrammed items are non-refundable/non-returnable.
GRATUITY and SERVICE CHARGES: An additional 20% service charge will be automatically added to parties of (5) or more. In addition, a facility fee may be included at the discretion of the owners for any private event. Tip Suggestions:

COMPLIMENTARY: It is our pleasure to serve any paying guests (1) non-alcohol beverage of their choice. Based on availability: Gourmet coffee & tea, juices, soda and or a complimentary glass of wine for our spa & hair color clients. For guests experiencing a spa connoisseur package or private event, you are allowed additional beverages.
GIFT CARDS: Are available and may be purchased by visiting our facility or via phone for any denomination. Gift Cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, and or expired cards.
