HOW TO SPA @ East Meets West:

APPOINTMENTS: To reserve an appointment you may call our spa at 479.442.9555 (local) or 877.493.6977 (toll-free). You may email tony@emwspasalon.com to reserve appointments.  Please provide first and last name, desired time of appointment and date.  A major credit card is required to hold your spa reservation. We accept walk-ins, but highly suggest making an appointment in advance to ensure you receive the service when your schedule best fits. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Any series of (4 or more of the same services) booked at one time receives a 15% discount on each service.

PRIVATE MONDAY APPOINTMENTS:
Plan your next celebration with us!  East Meets West is closed to the public on Mondays and now open for special occasions and celebrations in a private and relaxing environment.  We require a 30 day notice to plan your event to ensure every detail meets your expectation.  You may email tony@emwspasalon.com to inquire about planning a special event, gathering or romantic "spa night" escape at our facility.  Examples include:  Bridal Party * Baby Shower * Birthdays * Anniversaries * Corporate Events * Receptions * Team Building * Classes and Training * Seminars * Wine or Food Tasting Parties * Networking Groups * Church Group * Book Club * Graduations and Welcome Home Parties * Couples Date Night * Sweet Sixteen and Quinceanera * Waxing Parties * Facial Bar


NEW HOURS OF OPERATION BEGINNING JUNE 1, 2010: Tue-Fri 9am-7pm CST; Sat 9am-5pm CST; Sun & Mon - CLOSED

CANCELLATIONS: We understand how life can throw unexpected “curve balls”! If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, we require a 24 hour notice for individual appointments and a 48 hour notice for any group of (5) or more. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will result in your credit card/gift card  billed 100% for the amount of the service schedule.

CHECK-IN: For maximum lounge enjoyment please arrive at least (15 min) prior to the start time of your service. During this time you will be on-boarded to change into our spa resort robe/slipper and for first-time guests complete our client information form. This form allows us to service your needs/concerns. Note: EMWSS Members are allowed to utilize the Japanese hydra-therapy tub or the infared sauna before/after services. We recommend you reserve these spaces in advance.

REFUNDS: It is our pleasure to exchange unopened/unused products within (30 days) of purchase with a receipt only. We do not accept/exchange opened/used products. Any special orders or monogrammed items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

GRATUITY and SERVICE CHARGES: An additional 20% service charge will be automatically added to parties of (5) or more. In addition, a facility fee may be included at the discretion of the owners for any private event. Tip Suggestions:

“Below Standard”- 0%; see the Director at once before departing the spa
“Just what I had expected” 15-19%
“Exceeding expectations” 20%-25%


GIFT CARDS: Are available online, may be purchased by visiting our facility or via phone for any denomination.  Gift Cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.   We are not responsible for lost, stolen, and or expired cards.
